Bold Tamil Real Estate Leaflet

I need an A4 leaflet created for a real-estate campaign that will be printed and distributed locally. All copy is already prepared in Tamil, so the layout has to respect Tamil typography while remaining bold, eye-catching, and visually clean. The leaflet’s sole purpose is to advertise properties for sale, so the design must immediately draw attention to key property details and our contact information.

Here’s what I expect:

• One-sided (or creative double-sided if you feel it adds impact) A4 artwork in CMYK, 300 dpi, ready for press
• Source file in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, plus a high-resolution PDF for the printer
• Space clearly allocated for:
– Property images with headline features
– Our phone number, WhatsApp icon, and office address in Tamil
• Consistent use of our brand colours (will be supplied)

I welcome design suggestions on fonts that display Tamil characters crisply and any layout tweaks that keep the look uncluttered despite the bold style. Once we lock the main concept, I’ll provide photos and the exact text. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune alignment, hierarchy, and colour balance before final delivery.
