Microsoft Word Expert Needed – Convert Figma Invoice & Contract Designs into Professional Editable Word Templates

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Word document formatting specialist / Word template expert who can take professionally designed Figma layouts and recreate them as fully editable Microsoft Word documents.

This is not primarily a graphic design job. We need someone who is highly experienced with Microsoft Word page layout, tables, text boxes, headers/footers, fonts, positioning, fields, and PDF export.

What we need

We have professionally designed Figma mockups for:

Invoices
Contracts / Agreements
Other business documents

This first project is to create 2 word files we can edit the invoices 1:1 like the 2 FIGMA we will give you.

Your job is to recreate the designs in Microsoft Word (.DOCX) while maintaining the visual appearance of the Figma design as closely as practical.

VERY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

The Word documents must:

Remain exactly one page where the design is intended to be one page
Have no horizontal scrolling
Have no unexpected second page
Maintain the correct spacing and alignment
Keep all content within the normal printable page area
Work correctly at 100% page width
Export cleanly to PDF
Look professional when opened on different computers
Use standard Microsoft/Office-compatible fonts only
NOT require the client to install a special/custom font
Keep editable fields in their intended locations
Allow us to easily change:
Invoice number
Date
Client/company name
Address
Description
Amount
Payment terms
Reference numbers
Contract information
Other variable information
Important: Font Requirement

We do not want a solution that requires the end user to install a special font.

The document should use a reliable standard Microsoft/Office-compatible font so that the layout remains stable when the DOCX is opened on another computer.

If a custom font is used in the Figma design, you must select an appropriate standard replacement and adjust the layout accordingly.

Deliverables

For each design, we need:

Fully editable .DOCX
PDF exported from the Word document
The Word document must reproduce the Figma design as closely as possible
The PDF must remain exactly one page where applicable
No text or design elements should move when normal fields are edited
Testing is very important

Before delivery, you must test the final Word document in Microsoft Word and verify:

One-page layout
Page margins
Tables
Text boxes
Headers/footers
Font compatibility
Editable fields
Text wrapping
Alignment
PDF export
Printing/page scaling

We will also test the files on our computers.

Current situation

We already have the Figma designs and visual mockups.

Another designer has attempted to reproduce them in Word, but we are looking for a Word specialist who understands the technical side of Word document construction and can produce a much more stable result.

The goal is not simply to make the document look correct on the designer's computer.

The final DOCX needs to be a robust reusable business template that we can use repeatedly with different client information without the layout breaking.

Please do not apply if your main experience is graphic design/Figma but you do not have advanced Microsoft Word formatting experience.
