Bluetooth-Enabled Fingerprint Lock PCB Design

I'm seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a Bluetooth-connected PCB for a fingerprint lock. This PCB will not only facilitate Bluetooth mobile connectivity but also serve as a remote control interface.

Key Requirements:
- Primary function: Bluetooth connectivity along with mobile connectivity
- Remote control functionality for:
- Locking and unlocking the fingerprint lock
- Adding administrators
- Adding clients

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design and Bluetooth integration
- Experience with mobile connectivity modules
- Knowledge in secure remote control systems
- Familiarity with fingerprint module communication protocols
and a related mobile application
