iOS Port for Real Estate App

I already run a fully-featured Android real-estate app and now need the same experience built natively for iOS. All screens and workflows are final, so you will be working from the existing APK, design assets, and backend APIs.

Core functions you will recreate:
• Property listings with images, filters, and search
• Agent contact features (in-app call, email, chat)
• Secure user account management (sign-up, login, profile, saved homes)

In addition, the iOS build must hook into our current payment gateway so users can pay application fees directly from their phones.

Please develop in Swift (latest stable version) inside Xcode, match the Android UI/UX as closely as Apple’s guidelines allow, and keep code clean and well-documented for future maintenance.

Deliverables:
1. Xcode project with source code
2. TestFlight-ready IPA for internal QA
3. App Store-ready build with screenshots and basic listing copy
4. Brief setup guide outlining environment, libraries, and any third-party SDK keys used

I will provide the Android APK, API documentation, Figma files, and payment gateway keys on acceptance. Looking forward to seeing how quickly you can bring our real-estate platform to iOS while preserving performance and polish.
