BlaBlaCar-Style Truck Capacity Marketplace

I’m building a two-sided marketplace where commercial transporters list their spare truck capacity and shippers quickly match to it. Version 1 must launch simultaneously on Android and iOS, sharing a single code-base if that speeds things up, yet delivering a truly native experience on both stores.

Core user flows
• Transporter: OTP sign-in ➜ publish route, date/time window, available tonnage and expected freight ➜ manage incoming enquiries ➜ rate shippers after completion.
• Shipper: OTP sign-in ➜ enter pickup, drop-off, weight and date/time ➜ get route-aware matches on a map, complete with truck details, capacity still open, ETA and the transporter’s asking price ➜ contact the transporter in-app (voice or chat).

Platform features I need built
• Precise map matching that understands multi-stop highway routes, not just straight-line distance.
• Push notifications for match alerts, enquiry responses and ratings.
• Secure Firebase-style phone authentication (or similar) with fallback OTP by SMS gateway.
• Clean, scalable backend with REST/GraphQL APIs, relational database and an admin panel that lets me: suspend users, edit listings, view analytics and manually trigger notifications.
• Ratings engine (one-way for MVP is fine).
• No online payments, commissions, live GPS or delivery tracking in this release.

How we’ll work
I’m looking for a fixed turnkey quote that covers design, development, testing, store deployment and a short post-launch warranty. Please outline:
1. Total price and calendar timeline.
2. Your proposed tech stack (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift, etc.) and reasoning.
3. At least two live apps that show comparable marketplace, mapping or logistics logic.
4. Any third-party API or hosting costs I should budget for beyond your fee.

I release 100 % payment only on full source-code, database schema, API documentation and admin panel hand-over, after both apps are accepted by Google Play and the App Store.
