Birthday Party Drink Service Staff

I’m hosting a private birthday celebration and need dependable help running the drinks station from start to finish. Guests will be offered a simple selection of beer and wine alongside soft drinks, juices and a few easy-to-assemble mocktails, so the focus is on friendly, efficient pouring and attentive top-ups rather than complex mixology.

You’ll arrive early enough to set up glassware, ice, coolers and signage, keep the bar tidy throughout the event, clear empties, monitor responsible consumption and pack everything down once guests head home. An up-to-date RSA (or local equivalent), previous event or hospitality experience and a professional yet warm manner are all must-haves. If you can supply basic bar tools, ice buckets or bar mats, mention that in your reply—it’s a plus but not mandatory.
