Your main focus will be content creation—short, visually appealing posts with captions that read naturally in both English and Simplified Chinese.

What I’ll count on you for
• Planning a small but consistent Instagram content calendar (3–4 posts per week)
• Drafting bilingual captions that match our tone of voice
• Sourcing or lightly editing images and reels that fit each caption
• Scheduling the posts at optimal times with the tools we already use (Later, Buffer or native Instagram scheduling—whatever you’re comfortable with)
• Jumping into the comments or DMs when a quick bilingual reply is needed so no customer feels ignored

I’ll supply brand guidelines, past creatives, and direct access to our product library. You bring sharp copywriting skills, cultural fluency, and an eye for what performs on Instagram right now.

Acceptance criteria
• A two-week content plan delivered every Friday for approval
• All captions provided in English first, then professionally translated to Simplified Chinese—no machine-translation errors
• Draft posts scheduled in our account no later than 24 h before go-live
• Timely, courteous responses to any customer queries you handle, logged for my review
