Animate PSD Mascot In Rive (Raster Animations)

I already have a layered PSD of our brand mascot and now need it brought to life in Rive. The art is final, so no illustration work is required—just animation.

The first batch of motions I need are the core loops: idle, walking and talking. I will forward the PSD with every part on its own layer so you can rig the character inside Rive, set up bones, constraints and state machines, then export the animations ready for integration. A more detailed shot-list and naming convention will follow once we sign the agreement, but expect the scope to stay around those three key loops.

Deliverables
• Rive (.riv) file with organised artboards and state machine
• Exported animations (GIF or MP4 previews) so the dev team can review quickly
• Any additional texture atlases or assets required for implementation

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth, game-ready loops that play seamlessly on repeat
• No visual drift or pixelation from the original PSD artwork
• File size optimised for web and mobile use
