I need a skilled facilitator to design and run a practical workshop for potential riders in my bicycle-messenger company. All our couriers work independently through our proprietary app, so the session has to blend hands-on exercises with clear, app-based demonstrations.
Objectives
The workshop must simultaneously lift our operational efficiency, sharpen individual riding skills, and raise the level of customer satisfaction we deliver on every drop. Because the audience is entirely new messengers, start from the fundamentals yet move quickly into real-world scenarios.
Core content
Route optimisation techniques, customer-service best practices at the door, and full walkthroughs of our app’s navigation and task-flow screens are non-negotiable topics. Feel free to weave in interactive map work, mock customer calls, or live app drills to keep the pace high and learning active.
Expected deliverables
• A concise agenda outlining timing, activities, and required materials
• Slide deck or handouts covering all three focus areas
• Any app demo files or sandbox setup instructions
• A short post-session quiz or skills checklist so I can gauge immediate uptake
Logistics and timing are flexible; suggest what you think is most effective given the scope. If you have experience training gig-economy riders—or similar field teams—please highlight it along with any tools you prefer to use (e.g. Google Slides, Miro, Kahoot!).
