I need reliable help producing professional paystubs for my full-time staff on a bi-weekly schedule. Each stub must clearly show gross pay, a complete tax breakdown, and the specific deductions we offer—health insurance and retirement contributions—so my team can see exactly where every dollar goes.
You are free to work in the platform you know best (QuickBooks, Gusto, Wave, even a custom Excel template is fine) as long as the final files arrive ready-to-print in PDF and look consistent from period to period. Accuracy is essential; totals must reconcile with the numbers I provide, and statutory items have to match current federal and state tables.
Deliverables for every cycle:
• One PDF paystub per employee, named with the pay period end date
• A brief reconciliation sheet (Excel or Google Sheet) showing how figures were derived
I will supply employee details, hours, and rates 48 hours before each run; I expect the finished stubs back within the next business day. Let me know what software you prefer and any questions you have about formatting or data transfer so we can start with the upcoming pay period.
