I am rolling out a new Identity Governance initiative and need an engineer who can take full ownership of the solution design and deployment. The core of the engagement is Identity Governance—specifically rock-solid Role Management, airtight Compliance and Audit reporting, and automated User Lifecycle Management.

My environment is hybrid, so you will be connecting on-premises directories and systems with our cloud workloads. Expect to work with common IAM stacks (SailPoint, Saviynt, Azure AD, Okta, or similar) and the usual supporting tech—PowerShell, REST APIs, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC).

What I need from you:
• Assess the current hybrid identity landscape and document gaps.
• Design an end-to-end governance model covering roles, access reviews, birthright/leave processes, and audit trails.
• Configure and integrate the chosen toolset, including connectors for both on-prem and cloud resources.
• Build out compliance dashboards and scheduled reports that satisfy internal and external auditors.
• Provide clear runbooks and knowledge transfer so my team can own day-to-day operations.

Acceptance criteria will be a fully functioning governance workflow from joiner through leaver, evidence that SOX-level audit requirements are met, and sign-off from our security lead after a short knowledge-transfer session.
