Bengali Video English Dubbing

I have a short Bengali-language entertainment video (under five minutes) that I now need fully dubbed into English. The original dialogue is straightforward drama, but I want the English track delivered in a clear, formal register rather than a casual or humorous style.

Deliverables:
• One high-quality WAV or 48 kHz WAV/AIFF master of the English voice-over, clean and ready for mix.
• A final MP4 with the new English audio synced to picture.
• A transcript of the translated script in .docx or .srt format (timestamps optional if you already embed them for syncing).

Acceptance criteria: all dialogue must be intelligible, free of background noise, and timed so it never drifts more than a few frames from mouth movements. If any cultural references require minor adaptation for clarity, flag them in the transcript before final render.
