Home Addition Design

I'm looking for an experienced designer to help create an aesthetic and functional addition to our home.

The addition will include:
- A bedroom
- A living room
- A home office
- A primary bedroom and bathroom
-Its a very large addition and we will be altering 75% of the home and moving a staircase
-I also made a rough draft of two layouts in chief architect and have a template with our current home as well
-mostly looking for help with layout

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Degree in architecture or interior design
- Portfolio showcasing similar projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
