IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Applicant must be currently authorized to represent a corporate defendant in BC Provincial Court and must be available to personally attend a Small Claims Settlement Conference in Surrey, BC, on September 9, 2:00pm 2026.

I am seeking assistance with a commercial Small Claims dispute involving disputed invoices for disposal services.

The scope includes:

Review of the Claimant's pleadings and evidence
Review of the Defendant's evidence and defence
Assessment of strengths, weaknesses, and procedural/evidentiary issues
Preparation of arguments and strategy for the Settlement Conference
Representation of the Defendant at the Settlement Conference
