I have a rough-draft CAD file for a single-story, 2,400 sq ft barndominium—about half living space and half garage/shop—that now needs to become a fully stamped, permit-ready drawing set for submission in Pennsylvania. The draft shows the general layout, but both sizing adjustments and full UCC code compliance still have to be worked in.
Here’s what I still need done:
• Clean up room and structural dimensions, correcting any conflicts that surfaced once we scaled everything out.
• Add complete plumbing, electrical and mechanical plans on separate sheets, coordinated so the trades don’t clash.
• Integrate all Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) requirements, including any local amendments you may know of.
• Produce a final set that bears a professional seal valid for Pennsylvania—PDF and the native CAD file preferred.
If you’re a licensed architect or engineer who can sign-off in PA and are comfortable refining existing CAD, let me know your projected fee and turnaround time along with any questions about the current file. I’ll supply the draft immediately so you can verify scope before we proceed.
