I am looking for a skilled video editor / product demo video creator to create a professional demo video for my Bakery Business Tracker Google Sheets Template.

The video should demonstrate how the template works using realistic fictional bakery business data. I do not want a simple slideshow of screenshots. I want viewers to clearly understand the problem, see how data is entered into the tracker, and see how the tracker helps organize the business and calculate results.
