UGC style social media content for DJ/podcaster

I am a newbie podcaster and DJ and have been struggling to make content on top of my FT gig as I have no skills our training in this area. I'm looking to level up my social media, without breaking the bank as this is all just a hobby for me and I'm just wanting to build my community and following online by working smart, not hard!

So! I guess I am looking for a talented short-form video editor to transform my raw video and audio files into high-converting, engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks.

This initial project is a one-off paid test to edit a single 30- to 60-second video. However, I am looking to build a long-term relationship for ongoing content.

What I will provide: All the content concepts and creative direction. High-quality raw video footage and separate audio tracks (podcast audio/DJ sets).
What I need from you:Tight, punchy pacing with a strong hook in the first 3 seconds.
Clean audio syncing (matching external audio to video).
Dynamic, engaging captions (subtitles).
Smooth transitions and relevant B-roll/sound effects where appropriate.
