Baghdad Factory Construction Project

I am preparing to build a full-scale industrial factory on a plot in Al Karrada, near Ibn Al Haytham Hospital, Baghdad. The job covers every stage of construction—from initial site assessment through hand-over of a fully operational facility—so I need a team that can manage a turnkey industrial build.

Scope of work
• Verify the site conditions, carry out all required surveys, and produce detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings that meet Iraqi safety and industrial codes.
• Secure local permits and coordinate with municipal authorities throughout the build.
• Execute civil works, foundation, structural steel erection, enclosure, utilities, and interior fit-out suitable for heavy-duty manufacturing lines.
• Install power, HVAC, plumbing, fire-suppression, and data networks sized for continuous industrial use.
• Commission the factory, complete test runs, and deliver a comprehensive O&M manual.

Deliverables
1. Signed-off design package (DWG + PDF).
2. Approved permits and inspection reports.
3. Progress photos, weekly schedules, and QA/QC logs during construction.
4. As-built drawings, certificates, and final commissioning documents.

Acceptance criteria
• All milestones cleared by Baghdad municipal inspectors.
• Factory services sustain 24/7 operation without load issues during the final test run.
• Documentation handed over in Arabic and English.
