Fix Auth & Site Features

My site is live but a few critical flows still break. Right now, new users do not receive their email confirmation codes and the phone number verification powered by Termii SMS never fires. I want these two problems resolved first, then a quick pass over the rest of the platform so every advertised feature behaves predictably.

Scope of work
• trace the current sign-up logic, locate why the email confirmation code is not sent, and make sure it reaches the inbox every time (I am flexible on the underlying email service; keep the existing one if possible)
• integrate or re-configure the Termii SMS endpoint so phone number verification fires instantly and handles edge cases such as rate limits, delivery failures, or wrong numbers
• add clear error handling and user-friendly messages for both email and SMS steps
• run a sanity check on the remaining pages—profiles, payments, search, and any other major module—to confirm buttons, forms, and links all work without console errors or broken calls

Deliverables
1. Updated source code and config files pushed to the repo
2. A short test report or screen-capture proof showing a successful sign-up, email code delivery, and Termii SMS verification on at least two different browsers
3. List of any secondary bugs found and fixed during the feature sweep

Acceptance criteria: a brand-new account can be registered from scratch, receives the email code within seconds, completes phone verification via Termii without a hitch, and then logs in successfully.

That’s it—clean, reliable authentication and no hidden bugs elsewhere on the site.
