I need a fresh, accurate list of decision-makers working in technology-driven companies. The goal is to grow my outbound pipeline with contacts that are both relevant and ready for a sales conversation. You may source leads from any reputable database, directories, or public-facing information, as long as every entry is recent, verified, and compliant with GDPR/CCPA where applicable.

Deliverables
• A spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) containing for each company: contact name, job title, corporate email, direct phone or validated switchboard, company website, LinkedIn profile URL, and a short note on how the lead was found.
• A brief summary of your research method, data sources, and any enrichment tools used (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Acceptance criteria
• 95 %+ email validity (to be confirmed via ZeroBounce or similar).
• No more than 2 % duplicate contacts.
• Contacts must sit in roles tied to purchasing or technology leadership (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, IT Director).

Volume, industries, and regions are flexible; recommend a mix that matches current market demand and explain why you chose it. I will review a 20-lead sample before green-lighting the full list, so please include that in your timeline.
