I need a complete mobile application that lets pharmacies and other wholesale buyers order medicines from us as smoothly as they shop on any mainstream e-commerce platform. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android, sharing the same code-base if that speeds development.
Core workflow
• Browsing a catalogue of medicines by category, brand, or quick search
• Adding items to a cart, adjusting quantities, and viewing real-time stock status
• Checking out through digital wallets only (no cards or bank transfers for now)
• Confirming orders, tracking their status, and reviewing past orders in a clear order-history screen
• Managing a user profile that stores licence details, delivery addresses, and GST information
Design & UX
I want a simple, minimalistic interface—clean lines, muted colours, plenty of white space—so the busy pharmacist can focus on the essentials. Please keep the number of taps from product search to checkout as low as possible.
Tech expectations
A robust, secure back-end (language and framework are up to you) with APIs that the mobile app consumes. Push notifications, token-based authentication, and basic analytics hooks should be included. If you favour Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin/Swift pairs, let me know—performance and maintainability are more important than the specific stack.
Deliverables
• Full source code for the iOS and Android apps
• API documentation and back-end code
• Figma or equivalent design files
• A short hand-over guide so my internal tech team can maintain and scale it
Acceptance criteria
1. I can install both builds, create an account, and place a test order end-to-end using a sandbox wallet.
2. Order history shows the test order with correct status updates triggered from the back-end.
3. The UI matches the agreed minimalistic mock-ups within reasonable pixel tolerance.
If you have experience with pharmaceutical compliance or similar B2B flows, highlight it when you respond.
