1. 3D Model Requirements

The model needs to be supplied in separate logical parts rather than as one combined mesh.

At minimum, I need:

Main building/base structure – static
Crane support/base – static where appropriate
Crane rotating section – separate object/pivot
Crane arm/boom – separate object
Moving crane section required for the up/down movement – separate object
Any other components that need to be separated to make the animation work correctly

The pivots/origins must be correctly positioned so the crane can animate naturally inside Unity without needing the model rebuilt.

2. Crane Animation

The crane must be able to:

Rotate/swing horizontally around the crane base
Move up and down
Perform these movements automatically in Unity
Movement should be slow, smooth and random, rather than repeating an obvious identical animation loop

For example, the crane may rotate partway in one direction, stop, move vertically, rotate again, pause, and continue.

I do not need the player to control the crane. It is an environmental/background animation designed to make the building look active.

The animation should loop indefinitely during gameplay.

3. Unity Requirements

The final asset must be suitable for use in Unity 6.

Please provide:

Unity-ready 3D model
FBX or equivalent source model
Separate correctly named model components
Correct pivots for all moving parts
Materials and textures
Animation clips if used
Unity prefab
Any Unity script/controller required for the random crane movement

I need to be able to import the completed asset into Unity and have the crane animation working without rebuilding the model.

4. Texture / Appearance – Important

Do not redesign, replace or substantially modify the texture shown in the original image.

I want the 3D version to retain the same:

Colours
Material appearance
Surface details
Weathering
Decorative elements
Overall visual style

If parts of the original image need to be recreated because they are not visible from all angles, they should be extended logically while remaining consistent with the supplied artwork.

Do not make the building cleaner, brighter, more modern, more cartoon-like or stylistically different from the reference.

5. Game Optimisation

This asset will ultimately be used in a game, so it needs to be reasonably optimised for Unity.

Please avoid unnecessarily high polygon counts or extremely large texture files while maintaining the visual quality of the reference image.

Do not reduce the visual quality significantly simply to lower the polygon count.

6. Final Deliverables

I expect to receive:

Completed textured 3D model
Model separated into appropriate moving/static components
FBX/source model
Texture files
Unity prefab
Working crane movement/animation
Unity animation/controller/script files where applicable
Correct pivots and hierarchy
A short demonstration showing the completed asset operating inside Unity
Key Requirement

The most important requirement is:

Reproduce the attached image as closely as possible in 3D. Do not redesign the asset. The crane must be separated into working parts so it can slowly move up/down and randomly rotate/swing while the building is operating in Unity.
