Automotive Workshop Booking Platform

I’m building a public-facing website with an integrated web application so customers can arrange automotive workshop appointments online. The site’s sole focus is service booking, and I need the booking flow to feel as smooth as a modern travel checkout: choose a service package, pick a date and time, confirm, and receive instant notification.

Core features required
• Service scheduling – real-time slot selection, calendar view, email/SMS confirmations
• Customer reviews – visible on each service page with an admin-side moderation tool
• Service packages – tiered offerings (e.g., basic, premium, diagnostic-only) that I can edit from a dashboard

Beyond those essentials, the build should be fully responsive, quick to load, and intuitive on mobile because many drivers will book from their phones. Please structure the back-end so I can later plug in payment processing and inventory tracking without a full rebuild.

Deliverables
1. Complete front-end and back-end code, ready to deploy on a standard LAMP or equivalent stack
2. Simple admin panel to manage packages, slots, and review approvals
3. Clear README or screencast showing how to configure, launch, and update the system
