Automation Specialist for Make.com and Smartlead

I am looking for an experienced Make.com and Smartlead specialist to audit, fix and maintain my existing marketing automations.

The system currently connects Make.com, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Twilio and Zoho CRM. It manages landlord email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, replies, campaign pauses and lead data.

The initial work will include:

* Reviewing all existing Make.com scenarios and Smartlead campaigns
* Identifying and fixing errors, incorrect data mapping and duplicate messages
* Ensuring lead details are always entered into the correct fields
* Checking that email and SMS replies correctly stop further outreach
* Improving reliability and reducing unnecessary Make.com credit usage
* Testing the complete system safely before it goes live
* Clearly documenting any changes made

After the initial audit, I would like someone dependable who can provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot errors and make improvements when required.

Applicants must have strong experience with Make.com and Smartlead. Experience with Twilio, Google Sheets, APIs, webhooks and Zoho CRM is also preferred.
