I need a complete controller that will let our magnetic chuck automatically magnetise and demagnetise steel rings. The unit must run in fully automatic mode, triggered from a simple set of physical push-buttons on the front panel. Clear LED indicators should confirm current status, and the operator has to be able to dial the holding force up or down through adjustable strength settings.

I’m expecting a turnkey package: electronic schematics, PCB layout files, firmware source code (C/C++ or suitable PLC ladder if you prefer), a concise bill of materials and basic assembly instructions. A short test routine that demonstrates a full magnetise–hold–demagnetise cycle will serve as acceptance. If you have experience with high-current power stages, H-bridge control, soft start / discharge techniques and safe handling of residual magnetism, that will be a big plus.

Please outline your proposed architecture, key components, and the timeline you’ll need to deliver a first working prototype.
