Automated Voucher Platform Development

I need a production-ready web platform where customers can purchase digital gift cards, have those cards automatically split into smaller denominations, and receive every code in their inbox within ten minutes of payment.

Core workflow
1. A new user registers with a simple email-and-password flow.
2. At checkout the shopper scans a UPI QR code to pay (I may add card, PayPal or crypto later, so keep the gateway layer modular).
3. As soon as payment is confirmed, the system grabs the requested gift-card value from my stock, breaks it into the exact denominations required, and mails or shows the codes instantly—hard deadline: under ten minutes from “Pay” to delivery.

Essential features
• Secure email/password authentication, password reset and basic profile page.
• Admin dashboard to upload bulk voucher inventories, monitor stock levels and track every split/issuance.
• Webhooks or polling to detect UPI settlement in real time.
• Automatic email dispatch (and on-screen display) of the individual voucher codes.
• Audit log for all transactions, with time stamps accurate to the second.

Acceptance criteria
• A test transaction completes end-to-end in ≤600 seconds on a standard VPS.
• Split logic never repeats or drops a code; inventory count matches database after every sale.
• Admin can export transaction history as CSV.

Build it in whatever modern stack you prefer—Laravel, Node, Django, or similar—as long as it is easy for me to maintain and extend. Source code, environment setup notes, and a short hand-off call will complete the job.
