Automated Online Database Data Entry

I want to eliminate the manual work I currently do by setting up an automated data-entry workflow that connects directly to my online database called “Data entry operator.”

The goal is straightforward: whenever new records are available, the system should pull them from the source, validate the fields, and insert or update them in the database without any human intervention. A clear audit log of every action must be generated so I can trace back what was added or modified.

Here is what I’m expecting from you:
• A working automation script or low-code solution that logs in to the “Data entry operator” database, reads incoming data, and populates the correct tables.
• Error-handling routines that flag incomplete or mismatched records.
• A short hand-off document (or video) showing how to run, pause, or update the automation if field names change in the future.
