Automated Daily Customer Database Entry

I need a hands-off solution that pulls my new customer records each day and inserts them straight into a dedicated database—either SQL or MongoDB, whichever you find most appropriate for the workflow you build. The entire job is about replacing the manual copy-and-paste routine with a dependable automation that runs on a schedule, validates the incoming fields, handles duplicates gracefully, and logs any errors for quick review.

Because this will be executed every day, stability and clear documentation matter as much as speed. Please set the job up so I can trigger or pause the process easily and adjust connection strings or credentials without touching the core code.
