Automate Website Contact Forms

My site needs clean, reliable contact forms added and fully automated. Each form must:

• capture the visitor’s details
• trigger an immediate email notification to me
• send an automatic acknowledgement back to the sender
• screen submissions with robust spam-protection (reCAPTCHA or a comparable solution)
• log the enquiry so that scheduled follow-up reminders can be generated

I’m open to the platform or plugin you prefer—jot forms, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, custom PHP, or similar—so long as the final workflow is seamless and secure. Please build, style, and embed the form on the existing pages, configure the mailer, set up the autoresponder copy (I’ll supply text), and demonstrate the reminder schedule in action.

Deliverables: finished form live on the site, tested notification chain, spam filter active, and brief setup notes so I can tweak fields later.
