I run a software development company that serves clients across the U.S. and Latin America, and I’m looking for a fluent English-Spanish speaker who can handle real-time customer interactions by phone and in online meetings. You don’t have to arrive as a technical guru—we’ll bring you up to speed on our products—but you do need to sound confident, personable, and crystal-clear in both languages.

Your day-to-day will revolve around:
• answering inbound calls,
• scheduling or joining Zoom/Google Meet sessions, and
• relaying the customer’s questions or pain points back to our dev team.

A calm tone, solid active-listening skills, and the ability to translate basic technical concepts into plain language are essential. Fast, stable internet, a good headset, and a quiet workspace are must-haves so every call feels professional.

We operate mainly during U.S. Eastern business hours, with occasional flexibility needed for launches or urgent tickets. Expect thorough onboarding, continued product training, and performance-based growth—total monthly compensation starts near $1 000 and can rise well beyond $5 000 as you take on more responsibility and help us keep customers delighted.
