Automate PDF Order Processing to Excel

I need to automate the extraction of client purchase orders from PDF emails into Excel using Power Automate. Currently, these orders come in as PDF attachments via email.

Requirements:
- Extract the following information from PDFs:
- Order number and date
- Client details
- List of ordered items
- PO Value
- Transfer the extracted data into an organized Excel sheet

Ideal Skills and Experience:
