I have a steady flow of new clients and I’m wasting too much time setting up each one by hand. I want a single GoHighLevel form submission to do the heavy lifting for me.
When a prospect completes the form, the workflow must:
1. Spin up a brand-new GoHighLevel sub-account.
2. Populate that sub-account with the business information that comes through the form.
3. Reach into Twilio, search for a fresh local phone number that matches the client’s area code, purchase it, and drop it straight into the new sub-account for calls and SMS.
I’m already comfortable inside GoHighLevel; what I need is someone who can wire the APIs together reliably. Direct API calls, Zapier, Make (Integromat) or custom webhooks are all fine as long as the end result is bulletproof. You should know the Twilio REST API inside out and be confident working with VoIP‐style provisioning.
Acceptance criteria
• Form submission creates the GHL sub-account within 30 seconds.
• Business profile fields in GHL match the form data exactly.
• A newly purchased Twilio number in the correct area code appears in the sub-account and is fully functional for outbound/inbound calls and SMS.
• Clear documentation of the flow and any environment variables or credentials needed for future maintenance.
I see this as an ongoing engagement; once the core automation is live there will be refinements and additional triggers to build. If you’ve done GoHighLevel + Twilio integrations before—and can prove it—let’s talk.
