I will provide you with a set of sample drawings and on-site photos and need them translated into clear, accurate structural plans in AutoCAD. The focus is on two key areas: full foundation details and precise beam-and-column layouts.

Use my references to replicate dimensions, member sizes and any noted levels, then organise the file with sensible layers so future edits remain straightforward. Keep annotations and dimensions legible, apply standard line weights, and export the finished sheets both as DWG and print-ready PDFs.

At this stage I do not require roof structure information, but please set the drawing up in a way that leaves room for that addition later. A short round of revisions is expected so the plans match the originals perfectly.
