AutoCAD Maintenance Van INTERNAL LAYOUT AND EXTERNAL 2D DRAWING IN TATA 1916 24 FEET

Project Description:

I need a professional, accurate 2D CAD drawing (AutoCAD/DWG + PDF) of a custom maintenance van body to be built on a Tata 1916, 24 ft chassis. I will share a reference layout sketch and images along with exact dimensions — the drawing must be precise, to scale, and ready for fabrication use.

Vehicle & Body Details:

Chassis: Tata 1916, 24 ft
Body length (rear of cabin to rear end): approx. 6520 mm
Fitted with a 1000-litre water tank (mounted position to be shown as per reference layout)
Remaining body space to be utilized for tool/equipment storage compartments

Access & Openings Required:

1 x Rear gate — leading into 2 separate compartments
1 x Side gate — dedicated Hose Reel compartment
(Door types, sizes, and opening direction to be shown clearly with hinge/locking details)

Scope of Work:

Convert my rough layout sketch + reference photos into a clean, accurate, scaled 2D CAD drawing
Provide external views: front, rear, both side elevations, top/plan view — with full body dimensions
Provide internal layout: compartment divisions, tank placement, hose reel compartment, storage sections — with individual compartment dimensions
Show door/gate details (rear 2-compartment gate, side hose reel gate) with dimensions and swing/opening direction
Include a general arrangement (GA) drawing showing the body mounted on the Tata 1916 chassis outline
All drawings dimensioned in mm, drawn to scale, with proper title block

Deliverables:

Editable DWG/DXF file
PDF (dimensioned, print-ready)
Minimum 2 rounds of revisions included
