I have just taken over every admin credential from a departing partner and I want to make sure nothing has been left behind. Your task is to perform a full IT audit across both Google Cloud services (mainly Google Workspace / GCP) and Facebook Business Manager, then hand me every relevant record so I can store an immutable history of what has happened up to the hand-over date.
Scope
• Examine all current permissions, tokens and integrations on both platforms.
• Confirm I am the only super-admin and that the previous partner no longer has any access.
• Export three categories of logs for each platform—Access, Security and general Activity—using the native audit tools (Admin SDK / Cloud Logging for Google, Security Center / Graph API for Facebook).
• Package the raw logs in a clearly labelled archive (CSV or JSON is fine) and supply a short summary report highlighting anything that looks unusual or worth my attention.
What I value
I am specifically looking for someone who has already performed similar audits and can demonstrate that experience. If you have automated scripts or proven workflows that speed up the extraction, even better—just describe them briefly in your pitch.
Acceptance criteria
1. Single admin account (me) verified on both platforms.
2. Complete, unaltered exports of Access, Security and Activity logs delivered.
3. Brief written report outlining findings and any recommended follow-up actions.
