Audio Enhancement for Live Photo

I need a 3-second audio file extracted and enhanced from a Live Photo. The goal is transcription of voices that are currently just noise due to pitch and speed. One phrase is “ that *explative* is defense as f*%k” and other inappropriate noises.

Requirements:

- All voices need to be equally emphasized
