I need my existing marketing material adapted so it speaks naturally to audiences across Asia. You will receive the English master copy and return polished, culturally-relevant text ready for immediate use. The work covers all touch-points I rely on—think website pages, social captions, even the occasional email blast—so versatility with tone and register is essential.
My priority is authenticity, not word-for-word translation. I’m looking for a linguist or small team who can:
• translate and transcreate copy so it resonates with Asian readers,
• preserve brand voice while adjusting idioms, calls-to-action, and any references that may not travel well,
• deliver SEO-informed phrasing where appropriate, and
• work within standard CAT tools (SDL Trados, memoQ, or similar) to maintain consistency.
Deliverables
1. Fully localized text files for each requested language, mirroring the structure of the source documents.
2. A brief style sheet noting key terminology decisions.
3. One round of revisions after my internal review.
Acceptance criteria: translation quality must meet native-speaker standards; all links, numbers, and formatting should remain intact; tone must feel persuasive yet culturally appropriate for the Asian market.
If you have proven experience adapting marketing copy for Asia and can meet tight but reasonable deadlines, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this.
