Arizona Garage Structural Plan Stamp

My residential-garage drawings and a full set of structural calculations are finished; the last step is a licensed Arizona structural engineer’s review and professional stamp. I need you to review the entire package—foundation, framing, roofing details, and the calculations report included—confirm the numbers, make any corrections you feel are necessary, and then place your Arizona SE/PE stamp and signature on both the plans and the calculations report.

You must currently hold (and be able to show) an active PE license in the State of Arizona. Experience with single-story garage or post-frame residential projects will make the review smoother, but above all, I’m looking for clear communications and a quick turnaround so I can submit to the city building department as soon as possible.

Deliverables:
• Reviewed PDF set of plans with your seal and signature
• Signed and sealed structural calculations report
• Summary of any changes made during the review
