I need a web-based system that handles every stage of an architectural glass order, from the initial quote through to dispatch and delivery confirmation. Order management is the heart of the platform, so status changes, quantity edits, pricing adjustments, and automatic notifications must all work seamlessly from a single dashboard.

Because my stock is strongly supplier-driven, the inventory area has to store full supplier records and automatically raise a purchase order or alert whenever any glass type drops below a preset threshold. That reordering logic must respect different lead times and minimum-order quantities.

On the customer side, I want rich profiles that pull together contact details, saved specifications, complete order histories, and an area for feedback or queries so my team can respond inside the same system rather than juggling email threads.

Key deliverables
• Responsive web application with three integrated modules: order management, supplier-centred inventory (with automated reordering), and customer management (profiles, order history, feedback handling).
• Role-based access, secure authentication, and a clean, documented database schema.
• Simple reporting and CSV/Excel export for orders, stock levels, and customer activity.
• Deployment support to get the solution running on our hosting stack, plus concise user documentation so staff can adopt it quickly.
* Integrate with existing portal and domain.

Feel free to recommend the tech stack you are most comfortable with (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar); clarity, maintainability, and smooth future expansion matter more to me than the specific framework.
