I need a seasoned trainer to run a four-day, in-person workshop on broad-level financial governance and fiduciary responsibility for a small group of five managers in Vienna from 26–29 October 2026.

Focus of the content
The curriculum must concentrate on regulatory compliance and financial reporting, weaving these themes into practical discussions that help participants understand their day-to-day fiduciary duties. I am deliberately keeping the scope broad so the sessions can touch on interconnected topics—risk management may surface as context—but the learning objectives must centre on those two core areas.

Preferred style
Face-to-face delivery is essential; I want hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and open discussion rather than a lecture. Think workshop tables, breakout tasks, and case walk-throughs that keep all five attendees engaged.

Who I’m looking for
• A facilitator with solid, demonstrable experience in corporate governance.
• An academic background in finance (post-graduate teaching or research is ideal).
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar would be a welcome bonus but are not compulsory if the above two boxes are strongly ticked.

Key deliverables
1. Detailed agenda and learning outcomes, submitted two weeks before the event.
2. Slide deck and participant workbooks (print-ready and PDF).
3. Interactive case studies tailored to our industry context.
4. Post-workshop summary report with recommendations and a short knowledge-check assessment.

Venue logistics and daily schedule are already secured; you will simply need to arrive, deliver, and adjust timings on the ground as needed.

If you have the governance track record, the academic grounding, and the energy to make four days fly by for a small executive group, I look forward to seeing how you’d approach the assignment.
