Architectural 2D to Detailed 3D DWG

I need my architectural 2D DWG redrawn as a precise 3D DWG that drops straight into SolidWorks. Every structural element shown—walls, columns, beams, slabs, roofs—must appear at the exact size and position of the original drawing. In addition, the exterior site needs full-terrain modeling: true ground contours, grading transitions, retaining structures, and the landscaped areas indicated. Plants and trees can be simplified solids, but the terrain itself must match the provided spot levels and contour lines.

Interior design elements are not required for this phase; the focus is on the building shell, structural framework, and the surrounding landscape.

Keep the original layer names where practical so I can toggle visibility inside SolidWorks, and build with AutoCAD 3D solids (or Civil 3D for the terrain) to avoid surface import issues.

Deliverables
• One error-free 3D DWG that opens in SolidWorks 2023 with all structural items and fully modeled terrain intact
• A short note outlining any assumptions or minor adjustments made during conversion

I will consider the job complete once the file imports without warnings, dimensions match the 2D source, and all specified features are present.
