Archicad BIM Execution Package

I will supply clean AutoCAD 2D plans, elevations, and supplementary hand-sketch prompts; from there I need the entire project rebuilt in Archicad.

The scope covers a full BIM workflow—accurate 3D model, photorealistic renders, and most importantly a construction-ready documentation set with a detailed bill of quantities. My top priority is the execution drawings and BOQ, so clarity, dimension accuracy, and take-off precision must be impeccable.

Execution drawings have to show:
• Structural details
• Electrical layout
• Plumbing layout

All documentation must comply with the relevant local building codes; please model and annotate accordingly inside Archicad so that nothing needs post-processing in other software.

Deliverables for sign-off:
• Native Archicad PLN file with organized layers, stories, and classifications
• Exported IFC and DWG files for consultant coordination
• Minimum twoo high-resolution renders Per room
• PDF drawing set covering plans, sections, elevations, S/E/P details, schedules, and legends
• Excel (or Archicad-generated) BOQ matching drawing references
