Arabic RTL Site Update

My English-language site is already live; now I want the Arabic version online as well. All text has been professionally translated, so your focus is strictly on implementation: dropping the Arabic copy into place, switching the layout to true RTL and making sure it scales cleanly on desktop, tablet and mobile.

While you are in there, I also need quick visual tweaks throughout the site—header, footer, main content blocks and the side menus. Nothing dramatic: padding, alignment and a few color or icon flips so everything reads naturally from right to left. From experience this should be a two-hour pass for someone comfortable with responsive CSS and basic templating.

Deliverable
• Fully functional Arabic version accessible via the existing language switcher
• Consistent RTL styling across all breakpoints
• Header, footer, content areas and sidebars adjusted as noted
• No regression on the current English layout

Push the finished files (or updated theme) back to me, and once I confirm the pages load correctly on major browsers and devices, we are done.
