Arabic Android Stock Investment App

I need a secure, Arabic-language Android application focused on stock investment management. The core of the project is giving users a smooth way to research, buy, monitor, and sell shares directly from their phones, all in Arabic and with bank-grade security baked in from the first line of code.

Key goals
• Full-feature investment workflow: real-time stock quotes, interactive charts, order placement, portfolio tracking, gain/loss reports, and dividend alerts.
• Robust security: biometric login, end-to-end encrypted traffic, OWASP-compliant code, secure local storage, and server-side token handling.
• Modern Android stack: Kotlin (preferred), MVVM, Jetpack components, Material 3 UI, and clean, well-documented code ready for future iOS expansion.
• Arabic UX: RTL layouts, localized strings, proper numeral shaping, and clear typography tailored to GCC markets.

Deliverables
1. APK + signed bundle ready for Play Store submission.
2. Clean source code in a private Git repo with commit history.
3. API layer integrated with a reliable stock market data provider (please suggest options in your bid).
4. README covering build steps, architecture decisions, and security measures.
5. Two-week post-launch support to squash any critical bugs.

Acceptance criteria
• All major screens function on Android 8-14 without crashes.
• Biometric login and encrypted prefs pass penetration tests.
• RTL layouts render correctly on at least three physical devices.
• Stock prices refresh within one second of API response.
