AppsFlyer & SKAN Integration Overhaul

AppsFlyer is already live inside my mobile product, yet the current setup is not giving me the clean, channel-level insight I need. I want every install, registration, and purchase tracked flawlessly across both iPhone/iPad and Android versions of the app, with SKAN fully mapped so Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads can optimise in real time.

Here is the scope I need you to cover:

• Connection & configuration – link my AppsFlyer account to Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, double-checking postbacks, in-app event schemas, and partner permissions.
• SKAN excellence – create the iOS SKAN conversion value mapping, then configure the dedicated SKAN dashboards for Meta and TikTok so each network receives the right signals while staying privacy-compliant.
• Data integrity audit – review existing raw data reports, dashboards, and attribution windows, confirm that installs, first opens, registrations, and purchase events are firing consistently on both platforms, and resolve any mismatches.
• Reporting readiness – verify that cohort, retention, and revenue reporting look correct inside AppsFlyer and push tested events into the ad platforms so they can optimise toward high-value actions.

Acceptance criteria
1. Test campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads show attributed installs for iOS and Android within the expected window.
2. SKAN post-install events are received by each network with the correct conversion value.
3. AppsFlyer dashboards display unified funnels for installs → registration → purchase.
4. No missing or duplicated events in raw‐data export after 48-hour monitoring period.
