Appeal Suspended Freelance Account

My client’s freelancer profile has been deactivated for “violation of terms of service – misrepresentation of identity due to incorrect personal information.” I already have the original suspension email and can supply every document they might request; what I lack is the know-how to craft an effective, policy-aligned appeal and guide the account clean-up so it passes review the first time.

I’m looking for someone who has previously overturned comparable suspensions on major gig platforms and understands exactly how Trust & Safety teams evaluate identity issues. You’ll analyse the notice, identify the precise clauses we must address, structure a persuasive appeal, and outline any verification steps (KYC, portfolio edits, profile wording) necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Deliverables (all items must be provided in editable format):
• A detailed action plan mapping each alleged infraction to the correct remediation step.
• A concise, professionally written appeal letter referencing the platform’s Terms of Service by clause.
• A checklist of supporting documents and profile corrections, with clear instructions on how and where to submit them.
• Up to two rounds of refinement after feedback from the platform, until reinstatement is achieved or a final decision is reached.

Success is measured by the account’s full restoration or, at minimum, an official response that the appeal was comprehensively reviewed.
