Apparel Tech Pack Creation

I’m launching a new clothing line that spans T-shirts, blouses, trousers and a kids-wear capsule, and I need production-ready Tech Packs for every style. You’ll be translating my sketches and reference photos into factory-friendly documentation that covers:

• Detailed flat sketches with clear call-outs
• Precise graded measurement charts for all intended sizes (this accuracy is non-negotiable)
• Complete fabric specifications, down to GSM, weave/knit type and finish
• Print, embroidery and colourway pages, including any special placement or technique notes
• Bill of materials, trim lists, labelling and care instructions

I’m most focused on nailing the fabric specs and measurements, so your experience in pattern making or sample development will be invaluable. You should already be comfortable building Tech Packs in Adobe Illustrator and Excel (or a comparable format) that a factory can quote and sample from without coming back with basic questions.

Deliverables per style:
1. Editable working file (AI or equivalent)
2. PDF Tech Pack ready to send to suppliers
3. Separate measurement chart spreadsheet

I will provide mood boards, sketches and any branding assets once we start. If you’ve created Tech Packs that have gone straight into production, I’d love to see a sample page or two with your bid.
