I need a concise poll carried out with at least ten people aged 18-30 that captures how they see Appalachia’s economic conditions, zeroing in on job opportunities and income levels.

For every respondent I will require:
• full name (or first name plus initial)
• exact age
• current city / state (or country if outside the U.S.)

Once the data is gathered, please deliver a clean spreadsheet or table with those fields plus their answers to the economic questions, followed by a brief narrative summary of any clear trends you notice. Anecdotal comments that illustrate common perceptions are welcome, but keep the core findings easy to scan.
