PDF-to-Excel Data Transfer

I have a batch of PDF files and need every relevant detail copied accurately into a well-structured Excel workbook. The PDFs contain a mixture of text and tables, arranged in a fairly predictable way once you see a couple of examples. Your job is to read through each file, lift the information without error, and place it into the spreadsheet template I will provide—one row per record, columns matching the original labels.

Quality matters more than speed. Figures, dates and names must be transferred exactly as shown in the source, and numeric fields must remain usable for calculations once they land in Excel (no stray spaces or hidden characters). I’ll spot-check several random entries before approving the file.

Deliverables:
• Completed Excel file populated with all data from the PDFs
• Brief note summarising any anomalies you encountered (e.g., illegible characters, missing pages)

If you already use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Power Query or OCR utilities to streamline the process, feel free—I care only about clean, consistent results.
