About the project

Tendo is a multi-service app for Zambia — rides, package delivery, food, groceries, medicine delivery, home services, bookings, and a local marketplace, all in one platform. It's built as three companion apps:

Tendo (Customer) — for placing orders
Tendo Driver — for drivers accepting and fulfilling orders
Tendo Vendor — for vendors and service providers managing their listings

All three are Flutter apps with a Laravel/Firebase backend, already fully built and functional.

What's already done

This is not a from-scratch launch — most of the technical groundwork is complete:

Automated CI/CD (GitHub Actions) already builds signed .apk and .aab files for all three apps on every code push
Store listing copy, app icon, feature graphic, and phone screenshots are finished and ready to upload for Customer and Driver
Customer's first production release is already in progress in Play Console
Several Play Console compliance requirements have already been resolved for Customer and Driver, including foreground service permission declarations, content rating, and privacy policy
What we need help with
Finish Vendor's store listing — description, icon, feature graphic, and screenshots, following the same pattern already used for Customer and Driver
Complete remaining Play Console compliance items across all three apps — permission declarations, Data Safety form, target audience settings
Shepherd all three apps through Google's review process — monitor submissions, respond quickly and correctly to any rejections or policy flags
(Optional, separate scope) Extend the same process to iOS: Apple Developer Program enrollment, App Store Connect listings, and submission for all three apps
Scope boundary

This role is about store publishing and compliance, not app development. No Flutter, backend, or bug-fixing work is expected — our team handles the codebase directly.

What we're looking for
Proven track record publishing apps to Google Play (Flutter-built apps a plus, but not required)
Current, hands-on familiarity with Play Console policies — foreground service declarations, Data Safety, content rating, target audience rules
Comfortable working independently from screenshots/screen recordings and clear written instructions
Responsive communication — review rejections often come with tight windows to respond

All three apps live and approved on the Google Play Store. [Add: + iOS App Store, if included in scope.]
